Mom and Dad's house in Spencer is SOLD! The signing is this Friday at 9am. House was priced at $55,900-they accepted an offer of $55,000.
My Mom is SO happy. Mom, Dad, Steve and I are all going out to dinner Friday night to celebrate.
The man that bought the house is newly single and wanted the furniture and items we staged the house with---FANTASTIC.
